JeD Systems ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (jedsystems.net) and how we use it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to respond to your requests and keep our site running — nothing more.

When you submit our contact form, you may provide:
- Your name and email address (required), and optionally a phone number
- The service you're interested in and a short message about your needs
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services are a fit. Submissions are delivered to our business email and handled by JeD Systems personnel. We do not sell or rent your information.
How form submissions are processed
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service, which transmits your submission to our Microsoft 365 business email so we can reply. Web3Forms receives the data in transit for the purpose of delivering it to us. A hidden "honeypot" field is included in the form to help filter automated spam; it is not visible to people and is not personal data.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages are viewed. This service is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information. It provides only aggregated, anonymous statistics. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking on this website.
Hosting and email
This website is hosted on Vercel. Business email is hosted on Microsoft 365. These providers process data as necessary to deliver and secure our website and email, and operate under their own privacy and security practices as our subprocessors.
Data retention
We retain information you submit through the contact form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active records where we are not legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us. To exercise any of these rights, email info@jedsystems.net and we'll respond promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including using access controls and secure email infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and if you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
